- We'll send you an email asking you for your logo, photos, graphics, color choices and some basic information on your company. From there, we'll choose a Joomla! site template format we believe best suits your company style.
- We will modify the template to include your logo and other graphics you provide to us. We will also adjust the background colors to match your company's. Once we're done with the design work, you won't even know it started as a template!
- We will updload the modified template to your hosting server (Note: You must contract with a hosting company that allows for one-click installation of Joomla! to take advantage of this offer. See "Hosting fees" below.).
- We will create five (5) pages within the Joomla! administration panel (eg. Home, About Us, Our Services, Testimonials, and Contact Us) and add content you provide to us. - We will set up your email account within your hosting company's control panel, make any final revisions to your site, and provide you with detailed instructions on how you can access your email as well as modify/update your site on your own.
- We will optimize your MySQL database so your site loads quickly.

- We will write up a press release announcing your web site and send it to you so you can submit it to local and on-line media.
- We will create and send you a back-up of your site to keep on CD-ROM.

Hosting fees

If you do, we will verify whether or not your web host allows one-click installation of Joomla! and will prepare a formal cost proposal. If you do not already have a hosting account or would like to change your current web hosting company, we will give you recommendations for three reputable web hosting companies. Hosting fees range from approximately $7 to $10 per month and you must pay for the entire first year when signing up with any one of the recommended companies.
Very important note: We believe it's imperative that our clients retain full ownership of their web site. There are too many companies that will hold you hostage because they control your domain name registration and hosting account. That is unethical, and that's why we ask you to register your domain name and have your site hosted with an independent company. We will walk you through the process step by step.
